Read what previous employees in our Graduate Scheme have said:

“The Graduate Scheme at Edit Websites has taught me a great deal of real world software development skills that could not be learnt at university.

The small nature of the company has given me the opportunity to take on a greater role and responsibilities that would not have been possible at a larger company, and has allowed me to work on big projects, release many developments and even add my own features to the software we provide.

The work environment here is very friendly and sociable and the managers very approachable no matter what the issue. The regular one-to-one meetings have been a great way to make sure I’m keeping on top of the workload and the bi-monthly learn days have been very useful in taking time to further my learning and skills.

I’d recommend the Edit Websites Graduate Scheme to anyone looking to take a big first step in their career in software development."

"Being in the graduate scheme has been a massive help both for my personal development and for becoming better equipped to deal with the daily tasks and issues we face as a development team. Having an entire day every two weeks to learn and brush up on any areas that need improvement is a massive boon to both my productivity and the quality of work i am able to produce. I’ve been very happy to be on the scheme and I feel the consistent work, study and review it promotes has really helped me to integrate into the team as a whole."

"I have thoroughly enjoyed being on the graduate scheme particularly because I have been trusted with challenging and important tasks which have gone on to be implemented throughout the software. This has really motivated me and working within a company that believes in their graduate developers pushing them to produce their best work is really rewarding and encouraging. Finally, the role lets you explore vast areas of code spanning front end development as well as back end development to help each graduate find their preferences and strengths which has allowed me to specialise in these areas and understand which areas to work on during my learn days."
