Email

Your Church Edit package will come with email facilities so you can create emails for staff members of the different teams in the church such as:

minister@yourchurchname.org.uk

alpha@yourchurchname.org.uk

david.jones@yourchurchname.org.uk

Email Options

Mailboxes - email can be setup as a mailbox so it works with common email programs such as Outlook or Thunderbird.

Forwarding - email can be forwarded onto your existing email address. If your minister already had an existing address such as revjoebloggs@freeserve.co.uk then a new email address could be setup to forward onto the ministers existing address.

Any emails sent to joe@yourchurchname.org.uk would be redirected to revjoebloggs@freeserve.co.uk.

This is the easiest way to setup emails and it does not require users to make any changes to their settings.
