Job Title: Marketing and Sales Executive

Full Time: Monday - Friday 8.30 - 17.00


This opening is for someone who wants to build strong relationships with clients and see them fully utilise our software for their organisation. It is for someone who is friendly, ambitious and has a previous experience in sales and marketing.

Our website creation and church managment software is used by over 1,000 churches and we want as many organisations to benefit from the ease of use of our platforms. The successful candidate will soon love our software and then be promoting it and showing the benefits of using Church Edit and our iKnow Church.  Both products are market leaders within the UK.  Whilst Church Edit and iKnow Church will be the main focus of this role, you will also be working with our 3 other website solutions (, Charity Edit & School Edit).

You will also help manage the content for sales websites, social media and produce mail, e-mail and other forms of marketing material when required. Leads which they generate or as passed to them will need to be followed up in a professional and timely manner, building up a relationship with prospects which will continue with them when prospects become clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • generate and follow up on leads
  • ensuring leads can access trials of our software
  • providing 1-2-1 web demos if required
  • promoting and demoing software through live webinars
  • build up good relationships with new clients
  • follow up with new clients after their site has gone live
  • respond to sales queries for all our products (email/telephone queries)
  • promote the products at exhibitions
  • assist Marketing and Sales manager in planning and developing marketing material (websites,
  • leaflet, social media, exhibition, direct marketing)
  • write copy for sales, press release
  • ensure brands/ products/ company are represented in a professional manner • flexibility to perform other tasks when required.
